Town Court
Sessions
The Town of Manlius Court handles a variety of matters including criminal, vehicle and traffic, and civil cases. Court sessions are held by the following justices:
-Honorable David A. Rothschild
-Honorable John F. Boyd II
All court appearances are held in-person unless you have been notified otherwise. All adjournment requests must be made in writing and mailed, or faxed to (315) 637-9807 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled Court session.
PLEASE NOTE: All traffic infractions are handled BY MAIL or in-person during regular OFFICE HOURS Monday - Thursday. See below for additional information regarding traffic infractions. All misdemeanor traffic tickets must appear in-person for arraignment during court sessions.
Payments may be paid by mail or in-person during office hours Monday – Thursday. Payment methods are cash (IN-PERSON ONLY), money order/certified bank check, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Please note a service fee of 2.99% will be assessed by a second transaction on all credit card payments.
Payments by telephone or fax are not accepted. No Personal checks accepted.
If you are coming to the court office for something other than a scheduled court date, please call ahead to be sure court personnel are there to assist you. A drop-box located in the back of the Town building near the Court entrance, is available for Court correspondence and payments (please do not leave cash).
