Planning Board

The Town of Manlius Planning Board provides sound planning decisions and advice on matters entrusted to it by New York State Law and the Manlius Town Code including:

• All referred matters
• Site plan review
• Subdivision review
• Zoning advice to the Town Board or to the Zoning Board of Appeals

Agendas & Minutes

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval. To receive upcoming meeting agendas from the Planning Board, sign up for the Planning Board mailing list.

Meeting Dates & Deadlines

The Planning Board meets the 2nd & 4th Monday of every month (unless otherwise indicated) at 6:30pm. All Applications are due by 12:00pm on the filing date. Meeting and Filing dates are subject to change.

Planning Board Initial Appearance Application and Related Forms

• Please note that you need 10 hard copies of all site plans, surveys, and supporting documentation when submitting an application before we are able to place you on an Agenda.
• An Electronic version of all projects is required
• All Fees (Planning Board, Legal, Engineering, etc.) are due at time of submission.
• Please email the Clerk for the Planning Board at dhartnett@townofmanlius.org for the fee schedule.

Planning Board Members

Members are appointed for a seven year term by the Town Board. The Chairperson is appointed each year for a one year term.
