Damien Cornwell - 185 West Seneca Street, Manlius, NY 13104  Recommendation to Zoning Board of Appeals – Site Plan and Special Use Permit – Cannabis Retail - Same Address - Zoning Classification – Residential Transitional District (RT) - Tax Map # 106.-01-07.0

The Board sent a positive recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals for Lot Coverage and the Handi-Cap Accessible Parking Space. The Board also set a date for a Public Hearing, October 7, 2024.
