 Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 11/06/2024

Public Hearing - 2025 Budget 
The Board held a public hearing regarding the Preliminary Budget for 2025. Residents had the opportunity to speak in favor of or opposed to as well as ask questions. Supervisor Deer gave a quick presentation on the 2025 budget.

Town of Manius Police Department – Cell Phones
The Board declared five Apple Cell Phones as surplus and to be sold by buybackboss at a value of $559.00.

Proposed Zone Change – 7155 Taylor Rd, East Syracuse, NY (Tax Map #073.-02-14.2)
The Board set a public hearing date for the proposed zone change for 7155 Taylor Rd, East Syracuse from CB to RA on November 20, 2024 at 6:37 PM.

Brush Contract
The Board agreed to extend the brush services with Syracuse Haulers through December 31, 2025.

Town of Manlius Justice Court – Audit Proposal 2019-2023
The Board approved F.J. Pompo's audit proposal in the amount of $13,000.00.

West Branch Limestone Creek Watershed Study
The Board authorized the Supervisor to sign the West Branch Limestone Creek Watershed Study Scope of Work Acknowledgement with LaBella.

Planning and Development Department
The Board accepted the quote from Penoyer Builders Inc in the amount of $9,674.00 for the office construction in the Planning and Development Department.
