 Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 01/08/2025

Open Podium
Craig Dudczak from Fayetteville spoke regarding the Four Seasons property that is for sale. Mr. Dudczak inquired if the Town Board had looked at the property as a potential site. Supervisor Deer advised that they property was looked at by the Town.

Ann Oot Town Manager and Kay Blythe Deputy Town Manager took a moment to recognize that January 9, 2025 is Law Enforcement Appreciation day. They thanked all past and current members of the Town of Manlius Police Department for their service. Ms. Oot specifically recognized her sons who are both in Law Enforcement. Ms. Blythe wanted to recognize her husband who is also a member of Law Enforcement.

Set Date – Public Hearing – Town Highway Department – Stop Sign Installation
The Board set a public hearing date for February 26, 2025, at 6:35 PM for the installation of a stop sign at the intersection of Whistling Swan Lane and Aylesbury Path.

Executive Session
The Board authorized the Town to enter into a Stipulation of Settlement related to PERB Case No. U-37844.
