Requests for Bids - Two Sport Utility Vehicles- 
for use by the Town of Manlius Police Department will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Manlius at Manlius Town Hall, 301 Brooklea Drive, 
Fayetteville, New York, until December 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address, shall be titled “Sealed Bid for Town of Manlius SUV’s” and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and shall be accompanied by a certificate of non-collusive bidding as required by law.

Detailed specifications for such proposed purchase and non-collusive bidding certificate are available for examination by any interested bidder at the Office of the Town Clerk as well as below.

Non-Collusive Bidding Certification

The contract for the purchase of the above equipment will be awarded by the Town Board of the Town of Manlius to the lowest responsible bidder so long as all specifications are met. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board may award the Contract to either of such bidder. The Town may reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids.
