The Board discussed the application with the Applicant and are generally in favor of the project. The Board tabled the project for further information.

Chair Beecher informed the Board about the following workshops that are going to be held by the Town Board. She also stated that if you are able to attend the workshops please do.

• March 27, 2024 - Town Board Workshop – Discussion of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU)
• April 10, 2024 - Town Board Workshop – Discussion  of Code Review

Chair Beecher reminded the Board about the upcoming Onondaga County Planning Symposium.
