• The Board approved the project.

 A&E & SNY Center – Suite 38, 5781 Bridge Street, East Syracuse, NY 13057 Initial Presentation - Site Plan – Med Spa – Behind Resort Lifestyles  

• The Board had a discussion with the Applicant and tabled the project for further information.

 Robert Caron Homes – 7990 Blarney Stone Way, Manlius, NY 13104 - Final Approval – Austin Meadows – Phase 5A – Austin Meadows Drive South

• The Board approved Phase 5A of the project. 5B was not included in this submission.

General Code Review

•  The Acting Chair spoke briefly about General Code and asked Board members to send all of their comments to Attorney Sutphen and Chair Beecher for discussion at the next meeting.
