The Board approved the 2-Lot Subdivision.

The Board held the Public Hearing, numerous Residents spoke in favor of the project. The Board tabled the application for further information from the Applicant.

The Board approved the Application.

The Board told the applicant that variances would be required for the property. They tabled the application until August 26.
