Matthew Denton of Manlius spoke regarding the 2025 tentative budget and past budgets. Mr. Denton provided the Town Clerk with the statement he shared with the Board.

Public Hearing – Fayetteville Fire Contract for 2025
The Board held a public hearing regarding the proposed 2025 contract with Fayetteville Fire Protection District. Supervisor Deer gave a brief presentation on the proposed contract. Residents had the opportunity to speak in favor of or opposed to as well as ask questions. The Board made a motion to approve the 2025 contract with Fayetteville Fire Protection District in the amount of $2,088,524.
Public Hearing – Minoa Fire Contract for 2025
The Board held a public hearing regarding the proposed 2025 contract with Minoa Fire Protection District. Supervisor Deer gave a brief presentation on the proposed contract. Residents had the opportunity to speak in favor of or opposed to as well as ask questions. The Board made a motion to approve the 2025 contract with Minoa Fire Protection District in the amount of $1,539,307.
Public Hearing – Manlius Fire Contract for 2025
The Board held a public hearing regarding the proposed 2025 contract with Manlius Fire Protection District. Supervisor Deer gave a brief presentation on the proposed contract. Residents had the opportunity to speak in favor of or opposed to as well as ask questions. The Board made a motion to approve the 2025 contract with Manlius Fire Protection District in the amount of $1,846,220.73.
Resolution – Aged Friendly Community
The Board approve the Resolution supporting Age Friendly Policies and Programs in the Town of Manlius.
NY Forward Grant-
The Board approved the Resolution granting authorization to submit a request for funding under the New York Forward/Downtown Revitalization Initiative Program
Town of Manlius Police Department- Training Contract
The Board approved the Consulting Agreement with Amethyst Group Consulting LLC in the amount of $7,750.00.
Snow Shoveling Contract
The Board accepted the proposal from Ricky’s Home and lawn Repair for snow removal from sidewalks for 2024-2025 in the amount of $180 per visit.
