IN RE: ENDERS ROAD SIDEWALK DISTRICT ORDER
Order entered the 12th day of February, 2025.
A Map Plan and Report to create the Enders Road Sidewalk District was filed with the Town Clerk in December 2024.

The maximum amount proposed to be expended for such improvements is $1,421,800.00.

There are no hook-up fees associated with this improvement.

In accordance with the foregoing, the Town Board hereby schedules a public hearing to consider the formation of the Enders Road Sidewalk District for March 12, 2025 at 6:35 P.M. at which time members of the public may be heard in relation to the subject.
Additionally, the Town Board authorizes this Order to be published by the Town Clerk in the Town’s official paper not less than 10 days nor more than 20 days prior to the public hearing and posted on the sign board of the Town.
