 Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 03/26/2025

Public Hearing – Increasing or Improving of the Facilities of Lighting District #1
The Board held a public hearing to discuss increasing or improving of the facilities of Lighting District #1. Residents had the opportunity to ask questions, and to speak in favor or opposition. The Board adopted a resolution in the matter of increasing or improving of facilities of the Streetlight District #1. 

Public Hearing – T.H. Kinsella Quarry – Zone Change
The Board held a public regarding the Zone Change Application for T.H. Kinsella Quarry. Residents has the opportunity to ask questions, and to speak in favor or opposition. The Board closed the public hearing but did not take action on the item. The Board will take action during a future meeting. 

Town Highway Department – ON-Call Utility Drainage and Emergency Services
The Board awarded the bid for On-Call Services for Utility, Drainage, and Emergency Repair Services to Casinella Excavating.

Town Highway Department – Additions and Renovations – Plumbing and Fire Protection Services
The Board awarded the Plumbing contract to Postler & Jaeckle Corp in the amount of $229,875.

The Board awarded the Fire Protection contract to RH Fire LLC in the amount of $162,000.

Town Highway Department – Brush Drop Off
Highway Superintendent Cushing advised the Board and the public that due to the construction that will be occurring at the Highway Department they will be only accepting brush drop offs on Mondays from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM beginning April 14, 2025, until further notice. Dump Trailers, Contractors and Landscapers will not be given access to the property. 

Skyridge Water District – 2025 Infrastructure Improvements – Contract #2
The Board awarded the bid for the Skyridge Water Supply District 2025 Infrastructure Improvements Project Contract #2 –Booster Pump Stations to EFI- Solutions Inc in the amount of $411,880.

Environmental Systems Research Institute – GIS Invoice
The Board authorized the Supervisor to sign the invoice from Environmental Systems Research Institute for GIS Services in the amount of $13,542.79.

Town Board Work Session – Board of Ethics
The Board scheduled a work session for Wednesday April 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM to discuss the Advisory Opinions submitted by the Board of Ethics Committee and any other business as needed.
