Bond Resolution Highway Department Additions and Renovations
The Board adopted the SEQRA Resolution finding the project will not result in a significant adverse environmental impact.
The Board adopted the resolution, as prepared, authorizing the issuance of up to $5,000,000.00 in bond anticipation notes for the addition and renovations to the Town Highway Department.
Proposal for Pre-Referendum Services - VIP
The Board authorized the Supervisor to sign the proposal with VIP for the pre-referendum services in the amount of $51,150.00.
Town of Manlius Police Department - FOIL Redaction Software
The Board approved the proposal from CaseGuard Studio for the video redaction software in the amount of $7,244.00.
ClearGov - Budgeting Transparency Software
The Board authorized the Supervisor to sign the service order from ClearGov dated May 12, 2025.
Onondaga County Stormwater MS4 IMA
The board adopted the resolution authorizing an Intermunicipal Agreement with Onondaga County to assist in Stormwater Services.

Appointment of Deputy Highway Superintendent - Robert Hall
The Board appointed Robert Hall as the Deputy Highway Superintendent effective June 2, 2025, with an annual salary of $75,000.00.
Appointment of Part Time Deputy Clerk - Leah Cushing
The Board approved the hiring of Leah Cushing at a rate of $22.00 per hour for no more than 20 hours a week as a part-time Deputy Clerk.

Councilor Kriesel inquired about attending an Economic Workforce Seminar that would be taking place on June 10, 2025.
Councilor Bollinger announced that the Comprehensive Steering Committee would be having their annual meeting on June 12, 2025 at 6:30 PM at Town Hall.
Councilor Italiano announced that the Teal Ribbon Run/Walk, Fishing Derby, and Town of Manlius Police Department open house would all be occurring on Saturday May 17, 2025. As well as EarthFest on Sunday May 18, 2025 at Green Lakes State Park.
