Public Hearing - Kinsella Quarry Natural Resource Removal Permit
The public had the opportunity to speak in favor or opposition as well as ask the Board questions about the project. The Board closed the public hearing.
Public Hearing – Proposed Local Law Amendment – Chapter 155 Section 20.2 of the Town Code Entitled Planned Units Development
The public had the opportunity to speak in favor or opposition as well as ask the Board questions about the project. The Board closed this public hearing and set a date for a new public hearing for August 13, 2025, at 6:35PM to discuss additional amendments to Chapter 155 Section 20.2 of the Town Code Entitled Planned Units Development.
NYS Retirement - Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution
The Board made a motion to approve the Standard Workday and Reporting Resolution for Elected and Appointed Officials as presented.
Change Order for the Skyridge Water Supply District Project
The Board made a motion to authorize the Supervisor to sign Change Order Number 1 with Miller Engineers for the Skyridge Water Supply District 2025 Infrastructure Improvement Contract Number 1 – Water Storage Tanks, subject to final legal review.
Recreation - New Hires
The Board made a motion to approve the hiring of Claire Hunt and Randal Hearn at the rate of $17 per hour for the 2025 Recreational staffing.
Intermunicipal Agreement - Village of Manlius - CODES
The Board authorized the supervisor to sign the intermunicipal agreement with the village of Manlius regarding shared services of Code Enforcement Officers upon final legal review.
Board of Ethics Committee - Disclosure Policy and Procedure Updates
The Board tabled this item for a future meeting.
New Town Facility
The Board had a discussion regarding the potential bond resolution for a New Town Facility. A Special Meeting date was set for July 30, 2025 at 6:30 PM.
Other Business
Councilor Bollinger announced the success of the Musical ‘All Shook Up’ that was presented by the Town’s Recreation Department over the weekend. Councilor Bollinger also announced that there will be a groundbreaking ceremony for the Skyridge Water District on August 6, 2025 at 9AM on Horseshoe Ln with Assemblyman Stirpe.
