REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Manlius wishes to reach an agreement with a qualified Municipal Planning firm experienced in collaborative public engagement for the 2026 fiscal year. The purpose is to address the safety, mechanical and operational issues for the Town of Manlius Police Department and the Town Hall through a process that engages all stakeholders. It includes public education of the issues, a review of existing studies, recommendations for any additional studies and prioritized recommendations for solutions.
The Request for Proposals is available on the Town website at www.townofmanlius.org or from the Town Clerk. Requests for a copy of the RFP may be made to Carrie Grevelding at 315-637-3521 or sent via email to cgrevelding@townofmanlius.org.
One hard copy of a written proposal or digital copy is due by 5:00PM on November 14, 2025, to Ann Oot, Town Manager, Town of Manlius, 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville NY 13066. Digital versions by email to aoot@townofmanlius.org.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
