Open Podium
Craig Dudczak of Fayetteville spoke regarding the recent vacancy for the Quarry Commission. Mr. Dudczak suggested that the vacancy should be filled with a board member.
Climate Smart Zoning Project - Colliers Engineering & Design
The board authorized the Supervisor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Colliers Engineering and Design Inc in the amount of $118,800 for the Climate Smart Zoning Project subject to final legal review.
Highway Department - Highway Agreement - Release of Funds
The board approved the release 90% of the Highway Agreement Securities to Harrington Homes in the amount of $26,353.80 for Phase 1 of the Brandywine Drive project and 50% of the Highway Agreement Securities to Harrington Homes in the amount of $18,500.00 for Phase 2 of the Brandywine Drive project..
Highway Department - Highway Permit
The board authorized the Town Supervisor to sign the highway department permit application submitted by Windstream New York Kinetic to install 40’ of fiber optic cable by direct bury on Peck Hill Road near South Eagle Village Road.

Deer Management
The board authorizing the Town to take any/all actions necessary to terminate the IMA with the Village of Fayetteville in regard to Deer Management.
Scanning Project - Avalon
The board approve the Phase III scanning agreement with Avalon in the amount of $44,250.

Councilor Nicholson announced that the Watershed Stewards would be holding their Winter Celebration on December 16, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Seneca Street Brew Pub located at 315 E Seneca St, Manlius, NY.
Councilor Italiano announced that the Village of Manlius would be holding their Tree Lighting event on December 7, 2025, at 7PM.
Councilor Bollinger announced that the Village of Minoa would be holding their Tree Lighting on December 6, 2025, at 5PM with their annual cookie train taking place the same day from 9 AM - 4 PM.
