Local Law – Stop Signs at Muscovy Lane
The Town Board adopted a Local Law 2023-8 to authorize the installation of stop signs at the intersection of Muscovy Lane and Widgeon Path and the intersection of Muscovy Lane and Aylesbury Path.
Comprehensive Plan
The Town Board will hold the Public Hearing open until July 12th.
Climate Action Plan
The Town Board heard a presentation on the Draft Climate Action Plan and set a date for a public hearing on July 12th to consider adopting the plan.
Skyridge Water District
- The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on July 12th for the purpose of considering a proposed increase and improvement of the facilities, pursuant to Town Law § 202-b, of the Skyridge Water District
- The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on July 12th pursuant to Article 12-a of Town Law to consider extending the Skyridge Water District (the “Skyridge Water District Extension No. 1)
Amending OCWA Water Connection Law
The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on July 12th to consider adopting a proposed local law, amending chapter 127 entitled “subdivision” to further amend section 127-26(A)(1)(i) pertaining to water connections on newly subdivided lots
Road Abandonment – Tilton Road
The Town Board authorized the abandonment and discontinuance of an obsolete turnaround that was never built located at 5789 Tilton Road.
