 Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 03/12/2025

Public Hearing – Enders Road – Proposed Sidewalk District
The Board held a second public hearing regarding proposed Enders Road Sidewalk District. Residents had the opportunity to speak in favor or opposition. The Board voted to adopt the Resolution and Order approving the Formation of the Enders Road Sidewalk District. 

Planning and Development Department – 2024 Annual Report
The Town’s Code Enforcement Officer Tom Poitras presented the 2024 Annual Report for the Planning and Development Department. He also discussed the department’s objects for 2025.

Planning and Development – Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS$4) 
The Board approved the resolution supporting the participation in the CNY Stormwater Coalition Staff Services and Education Compliance Assistance Program. The Board also authorized the Supervisor to sign the Conflict of Interest Affidavit with Onondaga County and they approved the annual membership and service fee for the Stormwater Assistance Program in the amount of $3,6000.

Scanning Project
Town Clerk Grevelding gave the Board an update on the scanning project they assisted in funding. The Board approved the additional retainer with Avalon in the amount of $5,000 from the Planning and Development Department.
