T.H. Kinsella Quarry – Zone Change Application
The Board adopting Local Law 2025-2 The Application of T.H.Kinsella, Inc. For a Change of Zone from Restricted Agricultural (R-A) to Natural Resource Removal District (NRRD).
Town Highway Department – Additions and Renovations
The Board made a motion declaring the Town of Manlius as the Lead Agency under SEQR and designated the proposed action as an unlisted action.
Public Hearing Date - Town Highway Department Bond
The Board set a date for a public hearing regarding the Bond Resolution for the highway department additions and renovations for April 23, 2025, at 6:31 PM.
Town Of Manlius Police Department – Surplus Equipment
The Board declared 11 Taser X26Ps as surplus and authorize the sale of tasers to Accredited Security of Naples Florida for a minimum amount of $1,600.
Docu-Sign
The Board authorized the Supervisor to sign the contract with Docu-Sign for 5-users in the amount of $5,001.74.
Scanning – Avalon Retainer
The Board authorize the supervisor to sign the invoice from Avalon for additional retainer in the amount of $10,500
Other Business
Supervisor Deer addressed concerns that have been received regarding a statement that was mailed out by Solar Simplified. After contact with Solar Simplified it was determined that it was an error on their end and that they would be sending out a letter with the correction.
Councilor Italiano announced that the annual Fish-Stock will take place on April 16, 2025, from 11:00am-1:00 PM at Green Lakes State Park.
Councilor Nesci took a moment to congratulate the Village of Manlius for their economic growth with bringing in new businesses.
