Moment of Silence
The Town Board held a moment of silence for former Police Chief Fran Marlowe and honored him for his many years of service to the community.
Garden Park Apartments - PUD
The Town Board adopted the Garden Park District Plan and further adopted Local Law 2023-14 to change the zoning from Commercial ( CA ) to Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Continued Public Hearing – Unsafe Building – 6602 Fremont Road
The Town Boar closed the Public Hearing and extended the date of compliance to January 10, 2023.
Deer Management Plan & Intermunicipal Agreement with the Village of Fayetteville
The Town Boars authorized the supervisor to sign the 2024 Intermunicipal Agreement with the Village of Fayetteville for Deer Management. The Town Board will be considering the updated deer management plan at a future board meeting.
Manlius Tree Code Update - Public Hearing - December 20th
The Town Board set date for a public hearing on December 20th at 6:35 PM for proposed local to amend Chapter 34 of the Town Code Entitled Tree Commission and replacing it with an updated Tree Code
Revised Muirfield Proposal
The Town Board approved the amended scope of work for CNY Land Surveying to provide survey services for the Muirfield Drainage Basin at a rate of $3,876
Deputy Town Clerk
The Town Board appointed Carrie Grevelding to the position of Deputy Town Clerk and Zoning Board of Appeals Secretary effective December 11, 2023.
Budget Modification - Megnin Farms Sewer District
The Town Board modified the budget for the Megnin Farms Sewer District to correct a typographical error and make the total budget for SS3 $76,453. The modification were as follows:
SS3 4.1001 Real Property Taxes $76,453
SS3 5.8110.400 Sewer Administration $76,453
Organizational Meeting - January 3, 2024 at 6:30 PM
The Town Board set a date for the 2024 Organizational Meeting on January 3rd at 6:30 PM
Comprehensive Planning Update - Work Session - January 10th, 2024 at 5:00 PM
The Town Board set a date for a work session January 10th at 5:00 PM for the purposes of discussing the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan and other business matter as necessary.
