Organizational Meeting

The Board held their organizational meeting; Approved Baldwin and Sutphen as Attorneys for the Board, Approved Miller Engineers as Engineer for the Board and Approved Lisa Beeman as Clerk to the Board.

Bottar LLC – Public Hearing - Site Plan - 7078 East Genesee Street

The Board held the Public Hearing. There were some issues with lighting and signage. The Board tabled the Application for further information.

Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital – 8122 East Genesee St. - Amended Site Plan – Veterinary Hospital – Same Address 

The Board heard from the Applicant. The Board decided a Public Hearing was not necessary due to the changes not being significant. The Board tabled the application for further information.

Twin Ponds Housing LLC - Initial Presentation – Planning Unit Development (PUD) – 5440 North Burdick Fayetteville, NY 13066 

The Board heard from the Applicant and are generally in favor of the project. The Board tabled the application for further information.
