Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 01/24/2024
Set Date – Public Hearings – Local Laws
• The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on February 14th at 6:35 P.M. to consider a local law to amend the conditions for approval of independent electrical inspection firms.
• The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on February 14th at 6:35 P.M. to consider a local law to update the Town’s existing floodplain management regulations.
Tax Certiorari Approvals
• The Town Board approved the settlement of the tax certiorari case brought by Luis J Mejico & Paula Pons for the parcel located at 5001 Duguid Rd. and approve the refund of $3643.90 for the costs related to filing as presented by the Town Assessor
• The Town Board approve the settlement of the tax certiorari case brought by Voss Signs for the parcel located at 112 Fairgrounds Dr. and approve the refund of $287.12 for the costs related to filing as presented by the Town Assessor
Drinking Water Source Protection Plan – Skyridge Water District
The Town Board adopted the Drinking Water Source Protection Plan dated May 2023 for the Skyridge Water District.
Planned Unit Development Fees
The Town Board approved the fee schedule for Planned Unit Developments.
2024 Planned Unit Development (PUD)
- Application Fee $ 600.00
- Legal Escrow $ 1325.00
Board of Ethics
The Town Board discussed the Board of Ethics. The Town Board will be gathering information on a board of ethics and discussing it at the next meeting.
Annual Reports
The Town Board accepted the 2023 annual reports from the Town Clerk and the Town Historian.
