Improvements to the Skyridge Water District  

Councilor Bollinger gave an update on improvements to the Skyridge Water District. The Town is considering a plan to replace the tank and infrastructure. The Town has received funding from Assemblyman Al Stirpe that will fund a significant portion of the projected costs. The funding will reduce the cost enough to get the special district charge below the comptroller's district charge threshold. 

Highway Bid 

The Town Board authorized the Highway Superintendent to advertise and receive bids for a 2023 Or Newer Model Year Ford Super Duty F550/F600 Cab and Chassis.  The bid opening will be held on April 3rd at 10:00 AM. 

RT Zoning Classification – Set Date Public Hearing 

• The Town Board referred the proposed local law to amend the zoning code to allow and regulate cannabis dispensaries in the RT zoning district to the Town Planning Board and the Onondaga County Planning Board. 
• The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on April 10th at 6:35 PM to consider the proposed local law to amend the zoning code to allow and regulate cannabis dispensaries in the RT zoning district.
