 Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 04/08/24

Bottar LLC - Possible Decision - Site Plan - 7078 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville

•             The Board unanimously approved the project.

Twin Ponds Housing LLC 2nd Presentation – Planning Unit Development (PUD) – 5440 North Burdick Fayetteville, NY 13066 

•             The Board had an open discussion with the Applicant regarding the project. The Planning Board declared itself Lead Agency in terms of SEQRA. The Board tabled the application for                    more information.

Recommendation to Town Board to Allow and Regulate Cannabis Dispensaries in the RT Zoning District

•             Supervisor Deer spoke to the Board to help clear up any concerns the Planning Board had. The Board sent a recommendation to the Board with conditions
