LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed bids for the construction of a
Vehicle Storage Building
for the Highway Department of the Town of Manlius will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Manlius at the Town Hall, 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville, New York, until 3:00 PM on Tuesday June 4, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids shall be on the bid forms included in the Project Manual (which include a non-collusive bidding certificate).Bids will be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder.
Bid documents (Project Manual & Drawings) for the Project are available to and may be examined by any interested bidder at the following:

The contract for the construction of the above building will be awarded by the Town Board of the Town of Manlius to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board may award the contract to either of such bidders. The Town may reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids at its discretion.
