Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems, LLC – 6397 Fremont Road – Special Use Permit Renewal

The Board approved the renewal for 7 years to expire May 13, 2031

Twin Ponds Housing LLC – PO Box 515, Syracuse, NY 13210 Planning Unit Development (PUD) - 5440 North Burdick St.

The Board had a lengthy discussion regarding parks, a dog park area and the architecture of the buildings. They tabled the application for further information.

Napierala Consulting – Initial Presentation and Recommendation to Zoning Board of Appeals - 5428 North Burdick Street – Telecommunications Building

The Board discussed the project at length. They spoke about the architecture and the placement of the HVAC units. The Board tabled the application for further information.

 Discussion - General Code Review

The Board discussed the General Code Review. They had some comments and will get a summary of their findings to the Town Board.
