Planning Board Meeting Highlights from the Clerk 

Jason Thomas - Arad Evans Inn – 7206 East Genesee St, Fayetteville, 13066 Special Use Permit Renewal – Same Address - Zoning Classification – Commercial District (CA)

  • The Board tabled the renewal; they asked for an updated Site Plan.

Twin Ponds Housing LLC – PO Box 515, Syracuse, NY 13210 4th Presentation – 5440 North Burdick Fayetteville, NY 13066 Zoning Classification - Planned Unit Development (PUD) 

  • The Board set a date for a Public Hearing on August 12, 2024.

 Other Business - Changes to Planning Board Meeting Schedule

  • The Board approved the change to the meeting schedule.
