A Hybrid in person/virtual public hearing before the TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MANLIUS, 301 Brooklea Dr., Fayetteville NY in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 6:35 PM, in the matter of a proposed district plan and a local law for a zone change pursuant to Town of Manlius Code Section 155-20.2. The Planned Unit Development District “PUD” plan for the project located at 5912 N Burdick St (Tax Map #077.-04-01.1) for proposes of the development of multiple-family dwelling units. The local law proposes to change the zoning for the parcel from Commercial B (CB) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed application is available online at https://www.townofmanlius.org/DocumentCenter/Index/450. If you would like to attend the public hearing virtually and provide comments, you may do so by following the instructions that will be provided on the town website agenda.
