 Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 12/09/2024

Eastside Westside Properties - Public Hearing – Site Plan and Accessory Use Permit – Children’s Therapy Practice – 7171 East Genesee Street

             The Board held the Public Hearing and approved the Site Plan and Accessory Use Permit (7 years) for the Children’s Therapy Place.

Danielle & Ryan Ewert - 8291 East Seneca Turnpike, Manlius NY 13104 - Subdivision, Site Plan and Special Use Permit - Pawsits Doggy Daycare 

             The Board was given an update on the project and tabled it for further information.

Peck Road Solar – Extend Special Use Permit

            The Applicant was not present at the meeting, the Board adjourned the matter until the Applicant can attend the meeting. 

John Graves – 104 Ball Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057 Public Hearing – 2-Lot Subdivision and Lot Line Adjustment 6940 Schepps Corners Road

            The Board held the public hearing and approved the 2-Lot Subdivision

Shadi & Jessica Aouad – 7147 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville, NY 13066 – Site Plan, Accessory Use Permit & Set Date for Public Hearing – Mental Health Counseling 

            The Board set a date for a Public Hearing on January 9, 2025

Shashank Bhatt – 4579 Southwood Heights, Jamesville, NY 13078 Public Hearing – Site Plan – Lot 4B - Building 3/4 – Seven Pines - 8104 Route 92

            The Applicant was not present for the meeting, the Board held the Public Hearing and kept it open. The Board has questions for the Applicant and would like them to show up at the next                    meeting.
