NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on March 12, 2025, the Town Board of the Town of Manlius adopted a Resolution/Order (“Resolution”) which is subject to a Permissive Referendum in accordance with Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York.
An abstract of said Resolution is as follows: The purpose and effect of the Resolution is the creation of the Enders Road Sidewalk District, as set forth in the aforesaid Map, Plan and Report by LaBella Associates, filed in the Town Clerk’s Office, in the Town of Manlius, County of Onondaga, New York. The total number of equivalent dwelling units (EDU’s) in the Enders Road Sidewalk District is 532.5.
The maximum estimated project cost is One Million Four Hundred Twenty One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,421,000.00) Dollars.
Based on a maximum project cost of $1,421,000.00 and 532.5 equivalent dwelling units, assuming receipt of $1,140,000.00 in grant awards, a one year BAN followed by 30 year bond financing at 3.50% percent interest in year 2 would result in the following approximate unit cost: Year 1 -$18.52; Year 2 and After - $36.27 (more fully set forth as “Option A” on Page 5 of the Map, Plan and Report).
Based on a maximum project cost of $1,421,000.00 and 532.5 equivalent dwelling units, assuming receipt of $1,140,000.00 in grant awards, a one year BAN followed by traditional 15 year bond financing at 3.50% percent interest in year 2 would result in the following approximate unit cost: Year 1 -$18.52; Year 2 and After - $53.45 (more fully set forth as “Option B” on Page 5 of the Map, Plan and Report).
The Resolution is based on the determination of the Town Board that the creation of the Enders Road Sidewalk District is in the public interest and presents no undue burden to the District or to the Town.
Said Resolution was adopted pursuant to a hearing held on March 12, 2025.
Said hearing was held duly pursuant to all requirements.
