REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Manlius is seeking qualified professionals to provide planning services in conjunction with 2024 CFA#141946 Strategic Planning for the Burdick Street Corridor. The project includes an inventory of existing conditions, robust community input and a visionary Master Plan for the area.
The Request for Proposals is available on the www.townofmanlius.org or from the Town Clerk. Requests for a copy of the RFP may be made to Carrie Grevelding at 315-637-3521 or sent via email to cgrevelding@townofmanlius.org.
Prospective consultants will have until 4:00 p.m. July 11, 2025 to submit questions regarding this RFP. Questions should be submitted to Ann Oot, Town Manager, at aoot@townofmanlius.org. Answers to all of the questions will be posted to the Town website for all to view by July 18th. Any addenda will also be posted. Please check the website before making your final submission.
One hard copy of a written proposal is due by 4:00PM on July 25, 2025 to Ann Oot, Town Manager, Town of Manlius, 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville NY 13066 as well as a digital version by email to aoot@townofmanlius.org.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
