Tim Cooley – 603 Valley Drive, Chittenango, NY 13037 - Public Hearing - Site Plan & Special Use Permit – Pole Barn - 8568 E. Genesee Street, 13066 - Zoning Classification Commercial A (CA)

The Board held the Public Hearing and approved the Site Plan and Special Use Permit for a period of 7 years.

Bob Amodie – 8199 Laurie Lane, Liverpool, NY 13090 - Discussion & Updates – Highbridge Senior Apartments – Highbridge Street Fayetteville, NY 13066 – Zoning Classification – Planned Unit Development (PUD) 

The applicant gave the Board an update on the project and a discussion was held. The Public Hearing will be held on August 25, 2025.
