William Oshuchowski - Public Hearing – Highbridge Senior Apartments – Highbridge Street Fayetteville, NY 13066 – Zoning Classification – Planned Unit Development (PUD)
The applicant gave an update on the project. The Board held the Public Hearing, 5 residents spoke. The Board closed the public hearing. The board tabled the application for further information.

The applicant explained to the Board that he wanted to get their feedback regarding the project before they put any more money towards the project. The Board did not hold a formal vote but were opposed to the project citing the saturation limit as the main reason.
