The Board approved the 2-Lot Subdivision.

The Board approved the 16-Lot Subdivision.

Twin Ponds Housing LLC – PO Box 515, Syracuse, NY 13210 - Site Plan Amendment – 5440 North Burdick Fayetteville, NY 13066 - Zoning Classification - Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Tax Map # 086.-02-06.1

The Board decided that the changes were not significant enough to warrant a Public Hearing. They do however, want to see a few changes incorporated into the updated plan.
